Introducing Event Filters and Favorite Doors

We've listened to your feedback and, driven by a high demand, we're excited to introduce event filtering functionality in the Kisi web dashboard.

The example below shows how to filter all unlocks of a particular door by a particular user.

Other common use cases:

The filters provide flexibility and are not restricted to events at the door. It's also possible to find different access management events, such as card assignment and activation changes, made to groups and integrations, among others. To find events related to a specific resource, which is not a door or a card, you will need to provide its ID number. You can use a "Copy ID" link in the top right corner of the relevant resource page.

Favorite Doors

You can now rearrange your doors and keep frequently-used doors at the top of the list. Clicking on the star icon will move the door of your choice to the top. At the moment, this feature is only available in the web interface.
