How the Mindbody + Kisi integration works

Mindbody connects memberships, bookings, and appointments with Kisi access control to automate facility entry.

Memberships can be mapped to Kisi access groups, automatically granting members access to the appropriate locations. Classes, appointments, and day passes can also generate time-based access windows, allowing members to enter only during their scheduled visit.

Members can unlock doors directly from the Mindbody app without installing the Kisi app. When configured, door unlocks can also automatically check members into Mindbody, helping studios manage attendance without separate check-in processes.
