How the Coworks x Kisi integration works

Coworks is all about community. That’s why integration connects Coworks’ members and booking data directly with Kisi access control. When a member is created, updated, or deactivated in Coworks, access can be automatically provisioned or revoked in Kisi. For day passes and room bookings, temporary mobile credentials are issued at the start of a reservation and removed when it ends.

Community managers configure the integration once and then manage everything from the Coworks dashboard without switching between systems. Members can access your space using mobile credentials, while operators maintain full control over who can access each zone and when. Unlocking the door with Kisi can simultaneously check the member into Coworks, providing accurate usage data without a separate check-in system.
