How the bsport x Kisi integration works

Kisi syncs in real time with bsport to keep access permissions aligned with your member data. When a member attempts to enter, bsport checks their access rights based on subscriptions, passes, or bookings and sends the approval to Kisi to unlock the door.

Entry is granted only during valid time windows and revoked instantly if a subscription is paused, expired, or unpaid. Members unlock doors directly from your branded bsport app, so there are no physical keys, cards, or separate Kisi app required.
