YogaFit Studios offers multiple types of memberships packs to support a flexible model that can work across their locations. With monthly, prepaid members, unlimited classes, and credit packs they needed an access system that could confidently organize and enable the preferred choice for clients.
With Kisi, any active member can easily book classes in any of the locations without having to use different credentials. This is beneficial for the member experience and it also ensures instructors can spend more time welcoming new members instead of enabling access multiple times.

As Ashok shared with us, “One of the main differentiators that makes our studios special is our customer service. Customers love that the gym is equipped with Kisi and ABC Glofox because it’s easy and they don’t need to remember any badges.”

The COVID-19 pandemic mandated several core changes to the class booking system at YogaFit Studios. Part of that shift included moving to online reservations to promote a touchless and seamless check in experience.
“With the self-serve booking, scheduling, canceling, and the ability for customers to manage themselves, ABC Glofox and Kisi saved our business during COVID-19,” shares Ashok.
Kisi was the right platform to empower the YogaFit Studios to implement a forward thinking check-in process without additional costs or risks.
“It saved us a lot of work. The instructors are the ones welcoming our members and checking them in. We used to have different softwares and the Kisi and ABC Glofox solution eliminated a lot of paperwork,” says Ashok Dhariwal

When asked about what advice he would give to other business owners, Ashok recommends to “Get something more integrated. Fitness studios use too many systems to manage and monitor bookings, onboarding, and security.”
